Eilar, who has nearly 30 years of experience in conducting acoustical investigations, environmental impact analysis, and site assessment.  Our team of consulting engineers, scientists and construction specialists enables the firm to provide full services to our customers.  We also have strategic alliances with several well established firms in related environmental disciplines and make use of competent subcontractors in the environmental industry as needed.

Headquartered in Encinitas, California, Eilar Associates has consultants in various locations in California, Washington and Colorado.  With offices in Southern California, the San Francisco Bay Area, Western Washington and Colorado, our field personnel have provided services to clients along the entire west coast of the United States, from Alaska to Mexico City, and as far east as Connecticut.
